Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

At My Book Nook, we strive to get your creative supplies into your hands as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During peak seasonal periods or sale events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been verified and sent to our fulfilment team.

2. Sourcing & Logistics

To ensure we offer the most diverse and specialized range of craft materials, we manage inventory across multiple locations.

• UK Stock: Items held in our local facility are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• International Partners: In instances where an item is not currently held in our UK stock, it will be dispatched directly from our International Partner Hubs. This allows us to offer unique products that are often unavailable on the high street.

3. Delivery Timelines & Delays

While we provide estimated delivery windows, please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. My Book Nook shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Postal service disruptions or strikes.
• Incorrect address information provided by the customer.
• Extreme weather or global logistical "force majeure" events.
• Customs clearance procedures.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that items sourced from our international partners may take longer to arrive and that delivery time is not "of the essence" of the contract.

4. Tracking

We believe in transparency. For the vast majority of our shipments, tracking information will be provided via email once the package has been dispatched. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking link to update once you receive your notification.

5. International Orders & Import Duties

For our customers located outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees levied by the destination country.

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• My Book Nook has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
• We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

6. Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple different products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. You will not be charged extra for these multiple deliveries, but they may arrive at slightly different times.
